Cleaning - Here's how to do it right
We do not recommend washing your gloves often, but sometimes it is necessary.
- Remove the batteries before cleaning.
- Use a cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap to clean the exterior of the glove or mitten.
- Clean according to the care label found inside one of the gloves.
- Hang dry only – and allow the connector to hang freely.
- Let the connector dry thoroughly after cleaning.
- Wait until the gloves are completely dry before using.
- Store the gloves disconnected from the batteries.

Following these simple care steps helps protect the heating system and materials, keeping your gloves comfortable, safe, and reliable over time.
Allowing the connector to air-dry fully prevents moisture buildup inside. Disconnecting the batteries during storage helps avoid slow discharge and potential damage to the battery cells.
