Heated Garments - Precise temperature adjustment

For compatible 9V garments, the app lets you select a temperature between approximately 20°C and 50°C. The thermostat function automatically regulates the heat to maintain your chosen temperature.

Heated Insoles - Individual control

Compatible heated insoles connect directly to the app, so you do not need a separate remote control. You can adjust the heat for the left and right insole individually.

How to get started

1. Download the Heat Experience – Remote app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Allow location access when prompted. This is required for Bluetooth connectivity. No personal data is collected or stored.
3. Turn on Bluetooth and follow the instructions in the app to connect your HeatX product.
4. When connecting insoles for the first time, press and hold the button for five seconds to activate the wireless connection.
